Returns & Exchanges

At Marc Gebauer, we strive for excellence in every piece we deliver; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your luxury purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and designer packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the items in their original designer boxes and include all certificates of authenticity. Use the original shipping carton to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary collection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists have verified the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
